Role and competences of the municipal office

The municipal office is the executive body of the municipal council and
mayor. Municipal office provides organizational and administrative
matters of the municipal council and the mayor and the bodies
established by the municipal council. The work of the municipal office
organizes mayor.

• provides a written agenda municipal bodies and organs of the municipal council and the mailroom documents municipalities
• provides technical documents and other documents to negotiate municipal council
• prepare written presentations of all the mayor's decision issued in the administrative proceedings
